Haelo uses AI, motion sensors, and heart-rate monitoring to detect sudden falls or abnormal health patterns. It automatically analyzes this data and sends an alert if it identifies a possible emergency or something of concern. No manual input needed.

The ring instantly alerts assigned caregivers through the Haelo app, including time, location, and context. If the first responder doesn’t act quickly, Haelo escalates the alert to backup contacts automatically, while continuing to reach them.a

Haelo primarily connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone for full functionality, but it can also link to an optional in-home gateway that ensures alerts are transmitted even if the wearer’s phone isn’t nearby.

The battery lasts between 8 to 15 days on a single charge, depending on usage. Fast recharging using the included charger, and the ring provides alerts when the battery runs low.
