Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Personal Information Provided by third parties. We may collect data about you from third-party sources to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the information we have about our users. This data may include demographic information, preferences, and behavioral data obtained from trusted sources. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of such data from third parties for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Payment service takes place outside the Site. Personal data or data concerning your credit card necessary to make a payment are saved in a dedicated IT system by an external payment channel. We do not have access and do not store any data concerning the payment methods, including credit card information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Meta, Google, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
- To fulfill and manage your reservations. We may process your information to fulfill and manage your subscriptions, reservations, payments and refunds made through the Services.
- To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
We may invite you to participate in surveys that may include questions about sensitive information, such as the amount of earnings, the place of work, gender etc. The sensitive personal information is anonymized to ensure that no personally identifiable information is disclosed. The anonymized survey data may be shared with Entrepreneurs for research, analysis, or other purposes. Your participation in these surveys is entirely voluntary, and you can choose whether or not to disclose any information.
The data shared with OpenAI as part of the AI features process is strictly anonymized and devoid of any personally identifiable information (PII). This means that while the data is utilized to generate relevant outputs, no individual user can be identified from the data provided.
We are the Controller of your data in the definition of GDPR.
We process your data within the scope, time and purpose indicated each time in the content made available in the forms used to collect personal data.
In the case where you visit the Site but are not registered, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall apply in accordance with the current version available on the Site. Use of the Site implies acceptance of the terms.

- WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. By using our Services you provide your consent for the processing of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at support@prelaunch.com
Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
We may subcontract the processing of your personal data as part of the provision of IT support or storage on a server. Sub-processing involves the following groups of recipients: CRM, CMS, email marketing systems, payment operators, analytical systems.
Our platform incorporates advanced features, referred to as "AI features" which are powered by the OpenAI API. In order to deliver these features, certain data inputs may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
In connection with the processing of your data, we may transfer your data to a third country, while observing the highest standards of data protection and respecting the rules of the GDPR.
We may share your data with third-party service providers, including but not limited to Meta and Google, to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these providers for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may share your data with Entrepreneurs. This may include sharing data related to your interactions with our platform, such as usage patterns and feedback. By using our services, you consent to the sharing of your data with these Entrepreneurs for the purpose of enhancing and evolving our offerings.
We may share your data with Entrepreneurs and provide them with access to all information that we have about you in relation to their project. By using our services, you consent to this sharing of data with Entrepreneurs and understand that they will have access to your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, certain data, including sensitive personal information will be anonymized and Entrepreneurs. Such anonymization includes names, surnames, gender, personal income and other information provided by you in the surveys.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.
We may use the following cookie files:
- “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Site and maintaining your session in the Site;
- “functional” cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings you have chosen;
- “advertising” cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content more suited to your interests;
- “statistical” cookie files, enabling the collection of statistical information about visitors to the Site.
The Site, the Platform and each Landing Page make use of cookies. The cookies that are processed analyze anonymous information about the use of the Site, the Platform or each Landing Page. These are tools for Internet analytics — our proprietary or external solutions, which are implemented by the Landing Page user. Cookies help to improve the functionality of the Site, the Platform or any Landing Page and to adapt it better to the expectations and needs of visitors. Cookies are the tools that collect anonymous information and record trends on the site without identifying individual visitors. Like many other services, these tools use their own cookies to analyze the activities of visitors. These cookies are used to store information such as the starting time of a current visit and whether the visitor has been on the site before, what site they came from, what screen resolution their device has, how they move around the site, etc.
Every person browsing the Site, Platform or any Landing Page should manage cookies by modifying the settings of their web browser. If you do not want to use them, you can prevent the storage of cookies on your device or delete the stored files permanently. Please be informed that this may, however, lead to deterioration of the quality of service provided by not collecting cookies or reading information on their basis
6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Meta or Google logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services.
Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We collect and store your personal data for a period not exceeding five years from the date when the personal data was initially collected. After this period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations unless we are required by law to retain such information for a longer period. Personal data will be stored during this period for the purposes to understand customer behavior, improve services, or conduct market research and for the purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent activities or unauthorized access to accounts, as historical data can provide context and patterns for identifying suspicious behavior.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
We emphasize that the data transmitted through the OpenAI API is not used for the purpose of training OpenAI’s models. As per OpenAI’s data policy, unless explicitly opted into, which our platform has not done, such data will not contribute to model training. OpenAI may retain the data for a period of up to 30 days, solely for the purposes of monitoring and preventing abuse.
8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
We use technical and organizational means to ensure the security of personal data and to protect it from accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, to the extent required by generally applicable law. The information is stored and processed on servers with an appropriate level of security, with appropriate security measures, meeting the requirements of Delaware law.
The data entrusted shall be retained on hardware and servers in properly secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access.
We carry out activities related to the processing of personal data with respect to all legal and technical requirements imposed on us by the provisions regarding personal data protection.
We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have access controls in place so as to minimize the effects of possible data security breaches.
We regularly test the security of our systems and have a backup procedure in place.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us and/or by processors with whom we cooperate closely and/or specific Entrepreneurs whose projects you have engaged with, to whom the personal data may be transferred for assurance the proper operation of the Platform. Sub-processing is conducted exclusively on the basis of relevant contracts.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:
- whether we collect and use your personal information;
- the categories of personal information that we collect;
- the purposes for which the collected personal information is used;
- whether we sell or share personal information to third parties;
- the categories of personal information that we sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;
- the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;
- the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information; and
- the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
If, in accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re- identify individual data to verify a consumer request, we will inform the consumer of this limitation and provide them with an explanation of why their request cannot be fulfilled under these circumstances.
While no personal data is transmitted via the AI features, users may contact us with any concerns or inquiries regarding their data privacy.
Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
Other privacy rights
You may object to the processing of your personal information.
You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.

Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

- Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies.
