All settings are handled through software. On PC, you use the desktop app. For TV or console setups, everything is controlled through a companion smartphone app.

All Scentbar scents are IFRA-certified and meet strict international safety standards for human use.  

To achieve realistic results without compromising safety, our scents use a carefully balanced mix of natural and synthetic components. This allows maximum accuracy, while keeping exposure levels low and air quality clean. 

Scents are released in light, fast-fading bursts and don’t linger in the room. You only smell them when they’re actively triggered, and they fade almost instantly afterward.

You set it up once, insert the Scent Pods, and enjoy the experience, without ever having to think about maintenance.

The idea for The Scentbar started in a living room, while building a home cinema and searching for a deeper escape from everyday stress. Louder sound and sharper visuals weren’t enough. Something was missing.

In 2023, that curiosity turned into Zestum: a student-founded start-up rethinking digital immersion. Backed by universities and innovation programs, we build scent technology from scratch, combining engineering precision with emotional impact.
